Horticultural specialists growing together
Welcome to Linton Growing, we are a specialist plant propagation business committed to producing best-in-class plants (specialising in soft fruit), shrubs and trees.
As one of the UK’s top 10 growing sites, we operate a 30-hectare outdoor propagation area with a strong focus on soft fruit – especially strawberry, raspberry and blackberry plants – in addition to the production of shrubs and native trees.
Established in 2021 we are the propagation arm of Clock House Farm, a highly successful grower with an established track record in supplying the UK’s leading retailers with exceptional quality fruit.
Linton Growing was initially developed to enable a seedling to supermarket proposition to reduce the reliance on buying in finished plants from overseas third parties and to ensure plants met Clock House’s stringent quality control and sustainable farming protocols. While the business continues to provide stock to Clock House Farm, it is an independent business in its own right, building relationships with other growers keen to access Linton’s expertise in producing superior plants propagated with maximum efficiency balanced with minimum disruption to the environment.
Sourcing plants from Linton Growing which have been grown in accordance with the latest emerging new technologies and innovations offers a direct route to the production of quality fruit with the best genetics, delivering superb results in relation to flavour, size, shelf life and disease resistance.
The same horticultural prowess is applied to the production of shrubs and trees.
The business is keen to extend the proven benefits of its fruit propagation expertise to other growers to build long-term relationships in line with its ‘growers working with growers’ ethos.
